TO DO:

First of all I think we need to get the graphics sorted, so that from that we can finalise the invites, the posters, the transfer for the bags, the stickers for the wine and the cover for the lookbook can all be done with the basic design.

GEORGE, TOM & KATIE S:
So for the invites I would say just take what you've got a just push it and make it more contemporary and experimental, bigger and bolder.
Then the posters will have the same basis with different text, and so will the stickers for the wine but with goat's horns on it or something. The cover for the lookbook I think should be pretty simple, with the basic design and maybe the poem on it. Then the transfers for the bags should just be the basic design.

JORDAN & SOPHIA:
The models need to be sorted this weekend preferably by tomorrow, but realistically we need them all done, their names, numbers, email adresses and pictures of them on Monday.

EMILY, SUZI & SAMIRA:
You guys need to do sketches of different ideas for the make up for the first second and third looks...go crazy with it just be experimental. Then you'll need A3 images of the three different looks to show the makeup artists. Hair needs to be sorted, the turbans with hair on them need to be made and ready by Monday, make roughly 4 we won't have them on all the models. Also Samira is going to ask around for make-up artists and look for goat's horns for the final look.

KATIE G, ALEX & ELLIE:
You guys need to make sure that all the styling is done by Monday, if you look at the stuff I did then I think we should take some of those looks forward, because the tutors liked them and everyone in our group agrees on some of them..that saves you doing as much work.
You're also sewing the basic goodybags, drawstring style, they have to fit in an A5 lookbook and a tiny bottle of wine.

HOLLY, AMBER, LOW & ME:
We need to think about lighting go into the hall play around with the lighting and see what we can do with it, and think about other possibilites, even if we decide on sticking to what we've got in the hall. Then we need to decide on a song, I've put some possibilites on the blog, also my boyfriends gonna give me some suggestions tonight, and we need to have it chosen by Monday at the latest so that it can get put on a CD with all the other groups music.
For the actual day of the show we need to make call sheets, and a running order board, so images of all the models, what they're wearing and the order they're going on to have upstairs for the show.
Also there is a show producers meeting tomorrow at 12:30 after history of art. They want music but I don't think we'll have ours so I spoke to Faye today and she said latest Monday.

Hopefully this will organize our group a bit better, because it's all gone tits up!
